What to expect and things to consider when you instruct a Stump-Line tree grinder.
Commercial grade Stump Grinder
What to expect...
We will remove the stump using a commercial grade stump grinder from Jeau Beau and leave a clean area once work is complete.
We use shields to prevent excessive spread of wood chips around other parts of the site and warnings signs to let people know work is being carried out.
The stump will be removed down to below ground level and usually, the wood chips left after grinding can be used as backfill into the hole where the stump sat or spread around the garden.
Helpful Information
In order to give as accurate quote as possible it is helpful to supply the following information:
- Width of stump/s at the widest point.
- Height of stump/s above ground level.
- Any obstacles near stump/s – e.g., patio, path, cables such as gas, water, electricity (we will CAT scan the area for cables before work commences too)
- Location and access to the stump/s, any steps, steep banks, narrow gates etc?
